From the Archive: A Week of Flavorful Wealth, Without the Salt, Your Weekly Wellness Meal Plan (Week of October 17)

Welcome to the table! This Saturday, we’re revisiting a recent favorite: our verified Weekly Wellness Meal Plan from October 10–16, 2026. Sonny didn’t provide a new lineup for the week of October 17, so we’re sharing this archive plan as inspiration, not presenting it as this week’s current menu.

At Daddy’s Girl Catering, Flavorful Wealth means living richly in culture, health, hospitality, and unforgettable taste. We believe a thoughtful meal can bring people together and make everyday dining feel special. Our wellness offerings pair familiar Southern inspiration with vibrant ingredients and our signature, 100% salt-free DGB Seasoning.

Ready to explore the week? Let’s take a look together.

Flavorful Wealth Starts With Intention

A satisfying week of meals doesn’t have to follow one flavor or format. In this archive, herbs, citrus, fresh vegetables, and the proprietary DGB Seasoning bring character to the table across a range of dishes. That variety is part of our Plant-Forward Creativity: vegetables and grains have a meaningful place alongside the Southern-inspired comfort and proteins our guests love.

Our DGB Seasoning is 100% salt-free, and no salt is added in preparation. Ingredients may naturally contain sodium. If you follow a medical nutrition plan, please consult your healthcare professional and discuss ingredients and preparation details with us during consultation.

We invite you to confirm dietary accommodations during consultation so we can talk through your needs and the menu options available. We’ll work with care to shape a dining experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and welcoming.
