Flavorful Wealth, Served Daily: Your Weekly Wellness Meal Plan (Week of October 10)

Welcome to a fresh week of food made with care, culture, and plenty of Southern soul. From Saturday, October 10 through Friday, October 16, we’re sharing a sample wellness meal plan built around vibrant flavors, satisfying favorites, and a little everyday inspiration.

At Daddy’s Girl Catering, Flavorful Wealth means living richly in culture, health, hospitality, and unforgettable taste. It means honoring the food traditions that bring us together while making room for intentional choices and new ideas. Since Markie Darling began her Southern grilling journey in 1992, that belief has helped shape the legacy we serve today.

Bold Southern flavor, with no added salt

Our proprietary DGB Seasoning is 100% salt-free and brings the flavor foundation to this week’s meal ideas. We build depth with herbs, spices, citrus, and cooking techniques that bring out the natural character of each ingredient.

When we say “salt-free,” we mean no salt is added in preparation. Ingredients may naturally contain sodium, so please check labels and share any dietary needs with us. If you follow a specific medical nutrition plan, consult your healthcare professional about what works best for you.

A generous table for the moments that matter

Wellness can be joyful, abundant, and full of character. It can look like sharing collard greens with colleagues, letting wedding guests choose a favorite from a beautifully arranged buffet, or setting a private dinner table that feels like it was made just for you.

That’s why our work goes beyond one kind of gathering. We create bespoke wedding receptions, executive corporate dining, film and production craft services, private chef experiences, cooking classes in Atlanta, and food experiences for estate and intimate gatherings. Every service is shaped with intentional presentation, warm hospitality, and the level of detail our clients deserve.

Planning a celebration? Take a look at our ideas for BBQ wedding catering and wedding packages. Curious about getting hands-on in the kitchen? Explore our cooking classes in Atlanta. And when you’re ready to plan a gathering of your own, our guide to Atlanta catering services can help you picture the possibilities.

We’re proud to be a Black-owned and woman-led business, rooted in Southern grilling and inspired by the many ways food brings people together. Our white-glove service is personal and purposeful: from the first menu conversation to the final details on the table, we want you and your guests to feel welcomed and cared for.

Menu Note: Dishes in this plan are examples from our established wellness offerings. Current dishes, seasonal availability, portions, and dietary needs are confirmed during consultation.
